Filters and AI fake versions of “you” are really fricking damaging. We can feel less than and that we are not enough as we are. We think that only certain looks are acceptable and that anything that deviates from this is not good enough.
Ugh. No.

By practicing self-love, we feel self-compassion, and this all sets us in a place of empowerment.
